Smarter Balance is the company contracted to develop new tests to go with the Common Core State Standards. The new tests will all be done online (about time!). They have just released their technology requirements - which are mostly very straighforward (windows, max, linux or tablets will work) but schools may have trouble with the bandwidth requirements.
