The giant purple people eater from my childhood nightmares came crashing down upon the 5 Freeway. He appeared out of the uncontrollable flames of the Magic Mountain fire. I was terrified!

I would have given more thought to it, but I was just as suddenly struck with another self-indulgent wave of wondering about the utter vacuousness of life and how to reconcile a life in which nothing I did ever was and ever could be anything of any meaning. -kristal

Of which I asked the giant purple people eater. He suprised me by sitting down right in the middle of the freeway and saying "why that's exactly the reason I went on a rampage this morning. I was so overcome with the utter meaningless of my existence that I could think of nothing better to do than terrorize the people of LA." I was so taken by surprise! ~ Melissa

Suddenly, the purple people eater tapped on my window and proceeded to break down, splattering sloppy wet tears made of people's souls all over my freshly washed Honda. He began telling me about how his mother abandoned him shortly after his birth and his father disowned him because his skin was so purple. ~ Erin
